Sticking Windows on 2013 White Hawk 26DSRB

Anyone know of a lubricant that works well to free up sticky sliding windows ? The kitchen window over the sink is the worst offender. Would much appreciate some feedback--- Thanks.

I used silicone spray. Seemed to loosen them up ok, just need to wash the windows when done...

Yep--- that worked-- put a little in a little plastic cup and applied it with an old acid brush into the channel both in front of and behind the slider and a littli on the screen flange.Screen works great but window sticks somewhat it will work itself out in time I'm sure--- thanks for the help.
