still looking

We've been looking at the inexpensive side of travel trailers. 3 to 4K. I'm not sure we'll find one soon though. Most are just plain dirty and smell musty and smoked in. At least the ones we've looked at anyway. We didn't want to get crazy with the expense of a real nice one yet so we can see if we love it or not. We need to be out of our house in MA because it's sold and can't go to the new one in NC to stay because of obligations here in MA. Having to stay in MA was a good time for a trial run to test the waters. We'll probably be in an apartment for a while if we don't find a trailer. But will keep looking. Anyone have a good used trailer let us know! Hoping someone here has a oldy but goody. Also looked for a rental deal but have found none. Was looking for something in a park for a rental not just a commercial weekly rent thing. Thanks!

Good luck. My wife wanted the TT. Not me.

Now I like it maybe more than her.

Good luck with finding a cheapo. I think that's a smart move because if you're at all like me, you'll learn what you really want with your first, so you don't want to lose a bunch of money when you get rid of it. Good luck with the new home, too.

Just experienced that as well. Most of the lower priced (Under $5,000) had too many issues for me to feel comfortable with

Look at craigslist every day. There are hidden gems out there, but they don't last long. I see them come and go. It the ones that have been sitting there for months you need to avoid.
