For many years, I stored my TT in a limestone mine for the winter where the temperature was 54F year 'round. Due to the mine's high humidity, they recommended closing all vents, windows and the refrigerator/freezer doors. At the mine's office, you could buy (optionally or bring your own) a "two-pack" of Humi-Dri buckets. I would put one bucket in my kitchen sink and the other in my bathtub. Before storing, I had to remove the propane tanks (which I did before leaving for the mine) and battery (the last item you removed before exiting the mine as there is only limited lighting underground, plus the fact that you need the battery to power your trailer brakes should it breakaway from your tow vehicle).
Although you're not storing your RV under the exact same circumstances, at least some, if not all, of the steps described above may apply to your situation.
Good luck!
