Swivel TV

I have a 2016 BHS that has the "swivel" tv which you can alternate between the living area and the bedroom. I noticed the top portion hole where the pole goes through the cabinet to swivel, the hole is noticeably larger than the swivel mechanism. The tv bounces from left to right a lot, it seems too lose. Is there any way to tighten this? Looks like I may need to take apart the top part of the cabinet to get to it? I should mention that I installed a 3/4" plywood and a rather heavy mount.

Is there supposed to be a grommet in there that has fallen down? I would expect a plastic or nylon gromet for that to pivot on.

Good question Buddy. I'm wondering if when I was installing the tv if I pushed it up into the cabinet? I will know for sure when someone else chimes in that has the swivel mount.

I know a lot of units now come with the swivel tv. Anyone have any recommendations for getting at the top portion where the unit pivots? I am guessing that I will have to some how pry that top portion of the panel off to get at it. Can someone tell me if there is supposed to be a gromet of some sort in there at the top instead of a space around the pole creating a lot of play?
