Follow up on our Pinnacle delivery: we left on a camping trip today and at 5 pm got the call that our new fifth wheel had arrived. We just had to laugh. Will pick it up after we get back in two weeks.

We ordered the backup camera...will be interesting to see how/if it is hooked up after reading the previous comments.

The switch has to be installed by the dealer when the camera is put in. Like I said this isn't a true pre-wire, it's a marketing ploy by Jayco to get you to buy a $600 camera. Jayco told me in an email that if I personally installed the camera and switch my warranty would be void in those areas.

Just thought I'd close the loop... found the first pics of a 2016 White Hawk w/ Solid Surface counter tops (link below). I think they look great! Can't wait to see them in person on our new trailer.

We have a tentative delivery date of 17 July for our 23MRB. Not in time for our upcoming trip to Flagstaff, but should be here by the time we get home and unpacked. (No VIN yet, but ... breathe, breathe!)

Very nice! We were looking at this model too but opted for the X254 (which also has a rear slide) for more comfortable sleeping spots for the 4 kids. We are planning to be out camping in ours for the first time this time in 2 weeks! Should look very similar to yours. Yay!

Hello everyone. I did an intro post earlier this month, but the contract with that dealer fell through. I'm happy to say we are picking up a new 2016 267BHSW this Friday from a different dealer!

We are first time owners. From your experience, what questions should we ask and be sure to find out the answers to? One of those "I wish I would have asked that question when we picked it up" or "I didn't know that, I wish they told me that".

It arrived!

We got our 2016 White Hawk 27 DSRL on Friday! Took it camping for the first time this weekend. Everything seems fine so far. Here are some pics.

Love this trailer! Took it for its maiden voyage this weekend and couldn't be happier, although the step light bulb was missing and the fridge never got cold. The A/C and gas lights came on just fine, no blown fuses, we saw the pilot light work. I'll have to call in to service on Monday to figure out why it's not working and to find out what temp it got to when they tested all appliances before we left the lot. Ketelsen RV in Hiawatha, Iowa, where we bought it, is 2.5 hours away.

Ours came one week after it was listed as ready to ship. We had left for vacation and were at our first campground en route when the call came. Probably just as well...I am able to take my time getting it set up. Worth the wait.

After 3 months of waiting we finally picked up our 2016 Jay Feather X254! Will take more pics inside and out tomorrow as it was a long day at the dealership. Rear is squatting more than I would like. We have the Equalizer hitch attached but wondering if we can make some adjustments to correct the issue.

For those w/ '16 Jay Flights, do they also have the 80" mattress now?

I can't get the drop box links to work, except I did get the '16 Flight brochure to download now.

Looking at the 32BHDS. Just walked through one yesterday on our way Up North, but didn't spend a ton of time inside and not sure if it had an 80" mattress.

Also, anyone have a list of all the "enhancements" for the '16 Flights like the Whitehawk list?

TY!
