The Jay Flight 23RB has been downgraded for 2018.

It seems like Jayco has followed the lead of the Palomino Puma and down graded the Jay Flight 23RB from their top shelf Jay Flight line down to Jay Flight SBX line. It's designation for 2018 is Jay Flight SBX 232RB.

Quite a few items that make a 23RB a 23RB have been stripped out. Starting with a shelf instead of OH cabinets in the bedroom, and continuing with loss of 2 OH cabinets above the sofa, no easy access doors to the storage in the dinette seats, basic radio, plastic commode, no ladder, no aluminum wheels, 20# propane bottles, no enclosed underbelly, no electric tongue jack, 6 cf instead of 8 cf fridge, no black tank flush, etc.

Haylett RV in Coldwater, MI has one on their lot, and has posted a 17 minute video of it on You Tube.

A year ago Palomino Puma did the same thing with their version of the no slide sofa/dinette, rear bathroom TT. I'm guessing there will be no non slide models still in the "upscale" regular Jay Flight line in 2018.
