This came from my sewage pipe? What is it?
Hi folks, hope everyone is having a fine day. I was draining my grey and black tanks after our unserviced trip and when I removed the black hose this was lodge at the end of the trailer pipe. Can anyone tell me what it is? Thanks so much.

It looks like a cap that covered a hole in a new tank or plugged the end of a pipe that was used in construction of your rig. It should not have been dropped inside the tank. You are very fortunate to have been able to get it out yourself.

I'm pretty sure that came off the outside of the toilet. I'm 99% sure I found the same part on the bathroom floor. It's the cap to the flush pedal.

I don't know, but if it came out of the sewer line I wouldn't hold it without gloves - Ever.

No difference than using paper to wipe and your finger goes thru.
That's what soap and hot/warm water is for

Looks like a trim cover for a round hole on a curved surface.
Like an access cover for the hinge of a foot pedal.
May or may not belong to your RV.

Jloco is correct. End cap for flush pedal.

Years ago, my friend's boat had a placard near the toilet "the head" that specified, "nothing goes into the head that hasn't been eaten first."

x2. That part is the outside cap/cover to the foot pedal in a Dometic Gravity Flush Toilet. I've had mine fall off a few times onto the bathroom floor and simply pick it up and push back into the opening on the outside of the foot pedal. Not sure how yours made it all the way into the Black Tank Only thing I can think of is someone may have been replacing the toilet and accidentally kicked that cover it into the "neck" of the black tank during a toilet replacement???

Feel free, I stoled it already.
Considering the configuration of the bathroom, maybe I'll have get a shower curtain printed up with that command?
