Tire wear

We have a 2016 Jayco white hawk 27drsl. This trailer has the wider axel set up. The rear drivers side tire wears badly on the inside edge done to the white threads. We have just under 7000 miles on the trailer all the other tires look good. When backing in the driveway you can see the rubber getting scrubbed off onto the asphalt and concrete. We back in from the same side every time. All the springs and mounting hardware looks good. Thoughts.

Broken belt is a possibility.

Like Grumpy said, it's likely a defective tire.

Also have the alignment checked. I had one tire wear excessively... in only 4500 miles.

I had one tire wearing excessively too. It turned out to be a bent axle. I had both axles replaced with stronger ones, and still running the same 4 tires. So far so good after a few thousand km's.
