We use Scott's Rapid Dissolve, purchased from Walmart. Seems to work fine.

Any paper that is marked "septic safe" will work fine. Put a few sheets in a clear glass and it should dissolve with a few stirs. If it does, it will work fine in your holding tank.

We use Scotts Rapid Dissolve also. I agree that a wand to help spray off the sides of black tank is useful. It's amazing how much more comes out when we use this. We have that clear pipe attachment on our hose.
