21 inches from the floor to the base of the ball - or top of the hitch.

Is that 21 inches "loaded or unloaded"?

That was the height of the receiver without the trailer hitched. With the load leveling, it sits at that height. The trailer is outside and on uneven ground. Do you want the height of the trailer when it level? Or when it is hitched to the vehicle? If you need it hitched, I will hitch it tomorrow and check the height to the bottom of the trailer tongue. Or do you want another height measurement?

Hitch Height

so, the height on the ball on your vehicle is 21"? That should get me close enough to where i need it to be. The proper way to set up a hitch is to have the trailer on a level surface, with the trailer levelled. measure the height to the top of the ball mount, than make sure your hitch when on your vehicle is the same, if using the bars. Thanks for your help
