Totally worth the wait!

We ordered our 264BHW a couple of weeks ago. We got the call this morning that it was in. Went by to check it out...and we got the 2016 model!

We were only there briefly since we don't pick it up until Friday but the changes we noticed are:

- Outdoor speakers
- faux leather
- "wood" looking linoleum
- Regular queen (not short) Denver residential mattress

This is going to be the longest week of our lives!!!

Very exciting! I was hoping the 2016 X254 would have the wood looking linoleum but didn't happen. You ordered 2 weeks ago? It must of already been ordered and on way to dealership before you ordered?

We are on week 10 of waiting I think.

I honestly have no clue how it happened. Our dealer sells a ton of this model so they order 30+ at a time. Our sales guy thought we were getting one of the last 2015s...

PS: I hope 10 is your lucky number! You must have the patience of a saint!

Darnit... we still got the fake tile linoleum floor in our 2015, but the black exterior trim. I prefer the look of the wood floor. Its also interesting that the 2016's have more models with a full size queen. We were initially interested in the 26BHS, but the short queen didn't work for me (I'm 6-04). Ended up with the 29QBS (which we LOVE), but would have preferred the shorter trailer due to a steep and narrow driveway.

Hope you got a close campground to go to Friday! We picked ours up on a Sunday and had to wait and look at it in the backyard all week until the following Friday to go camping. THAT was a long week!!!

Yes, 6'4" definitely deserves a real queen mattress!

We're camping at the dealership campground on Friday and Saturday night so we can test everything out in a controlled environment. Makes me less nervous since we're complete newbies!

But we've already made reservations at a local campground for Father's Day!

Let the summer adventures begin!
