Bought a 2004 Dodge 2500HD with 5.9HO Cummins a month or so ago. Sporting right at 80k on her, amazing truck inside and out. Can't imagine giving her up for anything else!

I had a 1995 F350 dually and it was always good to me but made the decision to sell it and move up to a 2011 F250 with the 6.7 . I love the new to me truck, its quieter and stronger pulling but none are without mechanicals so I still spend money on maintenance and still have problems with the newer one

1999 Suburban 2500 with 248,000 miles. She's got a new front end and the driveline is getting an upgrade nose to tail soon. Next the motor gets some love in the upgrade/H.P. department and I'll keep this old iron on the road as long as possible.

My tow truck is a '96 Chevy crew cab dually with a 454. We've owned the truck since the spring of 2000. It had about 85,000 miles on it when we bought it, and it is a little over 159,000 now. We paid $13,000 when we bought it. It used to haul my race car all over the state of Texas, but it is devoted to only hauling our fifth wheel now.

We're having to spend a little money on it this year. The air conditioner needed a little attention, the heater hose fitting on the intake corroded (common on all GM trucks from that era), the intake gasket started leaking a little water, and the cap and rotor needed to be replaced. In the coming weeks, I'll be replacing the plugs and the wires. We're spending maybe a thousand bucks on maintenance this year.

There's no way I can justify spending 60-80 grand for a new tow vehicle I will drive a couple thousand miles per year. My old gas hog suits me just fine.

2002 Ford Excursion, 149,000 miles. Had it for 8 years and put on 50,000 miles. Runs like a top and pulls our 33rlds great. Cheapest ford I have seen is 46,000. Mine is paid for and will run it till.

My fully loaded Ram ie 12 yrs old, serviced with Synthetics since new. It pulls with gusto and very comfy to drive. I have 184000 kms which is about 112000 miles. Runs and still looks great, every time I take it for service, I get comments or offers to buy it from the dealer.

I am with you, bought our new Pinnacle and been towing with my 2001 Duramax Dually ever since. Made the tough choice to upgrade now and placed her on Craigslist. She is an amazing truck but the upgrade is financially better now than down the road. Anyone interested...

My 2000 F350 Powerstroke diesel has 251,000 miles and still goes like new. Sometimes I pull the RV with it but mostly it stays hitched to the horse trailer and used several times a week.

2001 Dodge Ram Sport 5.9 Cummins, 130000 kms. Original owner kept it in a heated garage and only drove it in the summer to tow his travel trailer. This truck is like new and still smells new inside.

Behold... my 28yr old K5 w/ 495k on the original 350 and still running pretty darn good I must say. I typically get at least one person stopping by the camp site to talk about it or say its cool to see one again.

Nice rig, I've threatened to pull the TT with my 79' F-250 but the gas mileage would be scary with the lift and tires lol. Maybe I'll do it just for kicks!

Gas mileage is not good to say the least lol. On long hauls we use the Envoy for the mileage and comfort.
