Tpms
I looking at getting a TPMS for my TT. I've looked at a few that have the sensors in the valve cap with a cogarette lighter type of plug in monitor. They range in price from about $100.00 to $200.00. I can't really find that many reviews on them. Anybody out using one of these set ups? If so which one and how do you like it?

+1 for TST system. Distance is not an issue for me so no repeater needed. I went with self replacement batteries and take them off when not in use to save them. There are a few out there of which I believe 2 are the most widely used and TST is one of them.
If you have TPMS on your TV already then you just need a 4 tire system. If not then you may want an expansive system to do all 8 tires.

Most of the exterior mounted TPMS units have an anti-theft feature, don't they?

I also have the TST 507. The flo-thru sensors are nice as you do not have to remove the sensor to adjust the tire pressure. I do have the repeater but the system seemed to work without it. I agree that the company is very helpful. The sensors are secured with a small Allen set screw that have to loosened to remove them.

We have the Tire Minder A1A and the range extender comes with them. I have my range extender mounted under the A-Frame.

Tst- tpms
Just bought the 507 w/ flow the through sensors. I think I am going to have the metal valve stems installed by a local tire shop before I install this system.................

I've had a Tire Minder for about 4 yrs and wouldn't be without a TPMS. I chose TM 'cause that's what I chose (don't remember if I had a real reason or not). It's worked well but needed a repeater to get consistent results. I've had excellent customer service from them.

I also have the TST 507. Used it for two years and about 11k miles so far and have not had any issues with pressure leaks from using the rubber valve stems. Haven't installed them on the Eagle yet, but did not need the booster with the WH
