I'm not familiar with your particular unit, but I'm guessing there are brakes on both axles. If you look underneath at the back of the axles, the brake drums should be visible on all four wheels. The brakes are self adjusting, so check for broken wires, no power to them when brakes applied, worn brake magnets, shoes, etc. Look for simple things first, and then for more involved problems, especially if the TT has been towed a lot over the last seven years.
