No, they are the same. When I got them, the invoice said $59. I can only guess there was a price change. These are the BAL X-Chocks. Sorry for the confusion, it wasn't my fault.

I also use the "between the wheel" chocks I got from this guy....price is right and very easy to put in.

I ordered a pair of them from Amazon for around $75 shipped..They seem to help the "wobble" issue somewhat but I think what I'm still getting a little of is the construction/build characteristics of the trailer. DW said it seemed much better and can live with it, so that works for me.

For the 29FBS at my seasonal camp site, I found that wheel chocks did very little. Yes. They stopped the trailer moving forward (back and forth) but they did little to stop the "up / down" bounce in the middle of the trailer. To stop up / down movements, I found it best to install another set of jacks under the middle of the frame. Thus, removing more chassis weight off its axles. After installing jacks in middle of our TT (on its frame rails), the bounce was almost eliminated. For your TT, I'd recommend the install of scissor jacks in the middle of your TT. Thus, reducing weight off its springs / axles. Works for me...

Settling
BL, I often have to go out and give another partial crank to fully stabilize. Gravel, maybe your wood bases, things tend to settle. Just like tiedowns almost always need another crank or three after a load has been on them awhile. Also, Are you X-Chock advocates saying we won't need an extra pair of stabilizers in the middle of our 32 footer if we use them instead?

Bal chocks
Looks like there are two model of the Bal chocks. One is the Bal 28005 Deluxe Chock and the other is the Bal 28012 Chock. Prices are quite different also.

We use the center wheel chocks from this guy, much less expensive and just as good, easier to install too.

I use a set of the BAL chocks and a pair of aluminum stack jacks placed under the frame just ahead of the front tire. This greatly reduces, but does not totally eliminate the rocking and movement of the trailer which could not be accomplished short of blocking up the trailer. For those wanting to know the difference in the X chock and the Deluxe chock oddly enough I have one of each bought at separate times. They both perform the same function but the X chock will fit in a narrower distance between the tires then the Deluxe. The Deluxe weighs about 2.5 lbs more then the X chock and seems to be a bit beefier. Both are well made products that will do the job well. One thing to consider, I just read on another forum that someone had the air let out of their tire and the chock fell to the ground thereby losing its ability to hold the trailer on an incline. They were parked on a street with an incline, not set up and camping . Luckily the other chock held its ground. I suppose that is why BAL recommends that you use regular wheel chocks in addition to theirs. A flat tire or just one that loses some air could happen to anyone causing the chock to loosen. But it would seem to defeat the purpose to have to bring two sets of chocks with you.

One thing that I have noticed is that some poeple think that the X-Chocks eliminate the need for regular wheel chocks. They do not take the place of regular chocks. you need to properly chock your trailer then install the X-Chocks. The are just for taking some movement out of the trailer. I also read the thread on another forum about the tire losing air and the X-Chock falling out. It's a good thing the other one held because that trailer would have been in the street. CHOCK YOUR WHEELS!

If X-Chocks do NOT remove enough middle up/down bounce, do install another set of Scissor jacks - in the midde of both existing jacks. This is often infront of its wheels. For example:
