trailer not square

I have a 2014 JayFlight Swift 294BHS that is impossible to level side to side. Essentially, ithe front of the trailer leans to the left and the back of the trailer leans right. After a long drawn out investigation by myself, the dealer, and Jayco, it was determined that the frame was square but the cabin itself was twisted. Curious if anyone else had had an issue like this.

The dealer has been a great advocate for us. Long story, Jayco actually took the trailer back to Indiana, then sent it back saying nothing was wrong. After asking a few pointed questions and the dealer going up the chain of command, Jayco paid for a local frame shop to look at it. When the frame shop disconnected the cabin from the frame, they found the cabin to be twisted. I really had to push hard to get to this point, Jayco was very difficult to deal with.

Since they no longer make the 294BHS, and they do not make anything comparable at that price point, Jayco offered a cash allowance to offset the cost of a new trailer. We are looking at the 31QBDS as we need 4 bunks and the queen bed. It is going to cost us an additional $5k. Anyone have the 31QBDS?
