trailer tire question
Pulling out of my drive, I glanced at trailer tires and noticed something odd, at least to me. Being new at this, I'm not sure if there is an issue here or not. The tires are at different angles, it appears. Driveway is pretty level at this spot. Explain?

From the photo it appears that your tow Vehicle is not straight in line with your trailer. Any time your are turning your axles flex and I think that is what is happening. Correct me if I'm wrong.

It appears that your axles flexed normally while turning (going forward or backward). Just drive straight forward for a short distance. If it is the normal flex, they will straighten out. If they don't straighten out, then you have a problem.

Looks normal for a left turn attitude but like was stated already pull ahead until everything has tracked out straight and then look at it.

Thanks, everyone. I called dealer, too, and got the same answer. Backing in my drive involves bearing left, then back right sharply.
I just hope it's not damaging to have it parked like this for a while.

I would suggest you not leave it like this. To straighten it out just pull forward and then back while straight as many times as it takes to straighten it out If you can only pull forward/back a foot or two it will just take a couple more times to do it. You don't have to pull far, just back and forth.

If it's parked like that, just grab the floor jack from the garage and lift that side off the ground to relieve the stress, and set it back down. No biggie though... it's pulling on the tires, but not the end of the world.

I appreciate the advice. I hooked on Saturday, backed up a foot and pulled up a couple, then back to where I was. Voila!

While traveling home last year I pulled into a flying J for diesel after I pulled in I realized I could not fit into the RV pumps . After a little panic I could see a small area that I could swing around and make it back out. As I was making my turn I made the mistake of looking at the tires while I was turning . Though I was going to soil my pants right there! The tires looked like they were going to come off the rim the were twisted so much. Most of the time I try not to make any sharper turn than I have too. 99% of the time I just use the truckers pump saves having to see the twisting of the tires
