Our second trip in the new Jay Feather 20 BH. Photo taken in Haines Pass in Northern BC just north of SE Alaska panhandle.

Definitely pushing that 4th season, but not near freezing temps.. Everything still works great in this little trailer, which is perfect for our lifestyle. Love the flipped axles, with huge ground clearance!

The shower faucet went out on it and it was an all day job swapping it out. The faucet was placed directly on the opposite side of the side of my fridge. The access is under the fridge and a hole that is 9×4 inches. That's a a small access, especially considering you have the two water lines in there as well.
After spending 9 hours swapping out said faucet, my water heater won't come on. Argh!

Jayfeather X-213
https://www.jayco.com/products/trave...-feather/x213/

Waiting for its maiden voyage.
Planning to add:
400 watts solar-I have the Renology kit, just waiting for a bit of warm weather.
2 x 6 volt golf cart batteries

Already added Mor-ryd folding stairs - mostly for ground clearance.

Also planning to reinforce the fresh tank and do some mods on the fresh-tank drain to help with cold weather capabilities.

We boondock exclusively. Destination in the photo. Traded the PUP for the Jayfeather.

We purchased our first TT late last year. 2016 Jayfeather7 22bhm. So far we like the space, double bunks, and murphy bed.

There’s still some good info that’s worth looking at just in case there’s something you’re not aware of yet.

This predelivery checklist is worth a look too.

Type of JayCo

We own a JayFlight 26RLS and love it. It was made in 2012 and we bought it new in 2013. It has been a solid travel trailer for approximately 20,000 miles across the eastern US. Minor issues only. I have updated various parts such as replacing all lights with LED's.

Just bought a 2020 SLX 174BH. My Bride and meownself have decided that at 60+ - we're too old to be sleeping on the ground. Well, let me rephrase that. I CAN sleep on the ground, I just can't get up off it come morning.
