All in the Family!

I bought a 2008 Jayco Jayfeather from my cousin who bought it new. It has only been camped in 6 times & stored in a climate controlled storage building. Camper was took out of storage in May & we bought it in June. This thing is pretty much NEW still! I even got my great Aunts Owl lights to hang on the awning that are around 52 yrs old. We are not new to camping as I have camped all my life (almost)and my hubby has only been camping for about the last 20 years. We got hooked on it when his brother said to get his camper & go camping almost 20 yrs ago. I had forgotten how much fun it was. Then we bought a 1979 Camper and camped a great deal. Camped our 1st time in it in July about 15 minutes from my house. We had lots of family that has campers and we took up a whole loop in July lol. Looking forward to another trip the end of this month and booking a week long trip in Nov of this year also. Our kids are grown and we have 5 grandchildren ( 4 girls & only 1 boy ages 17-5). I'm looking for neat storage tips & ways of decorating outdoors around a campsite.

I am just reading between the lines here that after you vote and five years go by no one has traded up or changed brands and everyone has the same RV. Very interesting, very accurate! Just sayin.

Just make sure you change the tires if you haven't already. They may have almost no miles on them, but after 12 years they are well beyond the life of the rubber even if the tread looks good. A blowout begging to happen.

Picked up our upgrade last Saturday; 2018 White Hawk 31BH. We had a 2004 Surveyor 291 for 6 years prior.

Bankr63: we already have! Bonus for me is my hubby is an assistant service manager at our local toyota dealership and looks at that sort of thing.

just bought a 1500 5.7 Hemi RAM to tow my 174BH, guessing itll be a bit different than towing with the cherokee, and finally got the Champion dual fuel generator to operate the AC. So 3rd time out but 1st time with new truck, new camper, and new generator all in the same weekend!!
