Purchased our SLX 8 264BH last Saturday, drove 3.5 hours home and straight to the lake. Can't wait to get out again, but first a topper for that slab they call a mattress.

New owners of Jayflight Baja 2020

Bought our 25' trailer new in Feb. Hubster and I travel all over Western Canada to visit customers. Trailer perfect for keeping costs down and so dial distancing. We did our first Prairie trip ( Alberta + Saskatchewan) in July. Now on our second and in Saskatchewan. We bought the size/ weight of trailer to "fit" our newish Tacoma and pull the trailer with ease. Which..we now realize ...does not factor in the winds in the Prairies. Fuel mileage and travel speed are seriously affected when you've got a headwind! Anyway we joined this forum for 2 reasons. To see what's up with fellow Jayco owners and tips and tricks. And also because we just paid an RV repair guy to fix our busted water heater. Hello everyone!

Bought a 2017 Ram 1500 5.7 hemi and a 2021 Baja 184bs this summer. We have two toddlers, it’s mildly cramped but the truck hauls it swell and we can take it mostly anywhere. Mt Rushmore, Wyoming, Texas, CO Mountains have been our trips so far, hoping to try Moab this month.

Tires wearing

I have a 2015 Jayfeather and on 2 separate trips, have had to replace a tire, as one was worn on the inside and the other was right down to the wire showing. I have heard that the axel could be out of line or is it just the tires?

New rig

Just bought jay flight slx 212qb. Picked it up 9/25 and first trip was to Bar Harbor.
We've been out of the game for a while but it's nice to be on the road again, as Willie said!

Got or travel trailer in the beginning of June 2020.
We have used it throughout Ohio and have been very happy with it.

Picked up my Eagle Ht 272rbok. Working out the usual bugs and finishing some stapled cabinet and trim work.

Our Eagle had a torturous round trip of ten miles on poorly maintained DG every time we used it. The dining table was screwed to the very thin floor of the slide and it came loose right away. Other than that we never had a problem in 9 years of ownership. It was ordered in December of 2010 for an April delivery. I think that's why we had such good luck. Sales were probably miserable in those years.

Also as always, comments and replies about your rig are welcome!

Tow Rig: 2003 Ford E350 7.3 Powerstroke Diesel

Hands down the nicest travel trailer!! I have owned this rig for 2 years. Outside of fixing the leaky black tank pipe neck crack (pinhole l, but stunk up the whole cabin!! Lol) and routine Maintenence this thing shows as new. The previous owner kept it stored under covered grounds. I am blessed. Just started living in her full time in 11/2020.

I have the 274ckds HT. Love this travel trailer. I pull it down the road like a breeze with my F350 6.7 diesel. Mostly around Ohio. Beautiful state.
