TV Mount for 2016 25BHS

Hi everyone. I'm totally new to the RV world. I just bought a 2016 25BHS a few weeks ago. So far loving it. I want to change out the TV that came with the RV to a good Samsung 32' Smart TV.

Can anyone that has changed out their TV in their 25BHS recommend a good mounting plate? Did the one that the original TV came with work? Or will I need to buy a new one?

If anyone can recommend one that they bought that worked it would be greatly appreciated.

* Also, the 25BHS came with a 32' Furrion TV. Does anyone have any idea how to easily unmount it? I couldn't easily see a way to remove it but figured there has to be some easy way to unmount it.

I have a 2013 25BHS. My tv can be removed by reaching your hand under the front ce term of the tv and pulling down the aircraft type cable, then tilt the bottom of the tv outward. As far as swapping it out... as long as it is compatible with the mounting bracket and under the weight limits of the bracket, should be good.

On another note, I thought they discontinued the 25 bus after my year. The jayco website shows a 26bhs. Looks like the same layout though. Is yours really a 25BHS? When they switched to the hard walls I considered changing trailers but I really liked the 25BHS floor plan.

***edit*** oh now I see it. Mines is a Jay flight. Whitehawk has a 25BHS. Very nice enjoy!

Good luck with the tv swap!

As long as the TV is a similar size the mounting plate should work.. it is one thing they standardized..

Thanks so much everyone! I'll look for that cable to pull the TV off.

Elecchicken - Yes, they still are making the 25BHS. It's a fabulous floor plan.

It's perfect for my family. I just picked it up a few weeks ago. I have to take it in for servicing as there was a leak under the bathroom sink and the pocket doors in the bedroom fell off it's track but other than that so far so good.
