TV upgrade in entertainment center possible?

2008 Jay Feather 311 LGT has a 22 inch TV in the entertainment center that is mounted to a lazy susan type round mount that could be turned around to the bedroom and naturally I want to add a bigger TV. I was thinking of a 32 inch which is now in the back by the bunks. Naturally the trim will make it difficult for me to install the larger TV so I was wondering if anyone has made the mods necessary for a larger TV?

My 2011 29BHS has a TV swivel like that, and I was able to mount a 29" 1080p monitor:

ViewSonic VX2858sml 28-Inch SuperClear Pro LED Monitor (Full HD 1080p, 50M:1 DCR, Dual MHL(HDMI)/VGA, 8-bit Color)

Works great, but is not a TV. I have it mated to a computer for streaming video and playing movies.

Thanks for the idea
