Utility Shower Leaking

I have a 2007 Jay Feather 254 exp. When the outside shower is in use, we noticed water leaking into the bathroom. My questions are how can I locate where the outside connections from the inside of the camper and how to fix it? Thanks for any advice.

I'm not sure I understand how using your outside shower could make it leak inside. There is water pressure on those fittings weather in use or not.

I would check inside the camper, opposite where the outdoor shower is to find the water lines. From there you would need to follow the water line to where it is leaking. The fix depends on where and why it is leaking. Good luck finding the leak.

The leak is most likely coming from the hose attachement after the valves are turned on. If you can access it from the back then that's your best bet. If you can't then you need to get a putty knife and remove the plastic housing to access the fittings and most likely need to replace the hose or entire fixture depending on where it is leaking.

The putty is not easily removed FYI.

Mine did that also. There is a clamp thing on the hose that goes into the bathroom. The dealership just replaced the clamp and it stopped leaking under the sink.

Hope this helps.

I noticed that mine did the same thing. I will be removing the outside shower to get at the hoses and hope a new hose clamp will fix it.

Mine leaked also. There is a clamp on a hose under the bathroom sink. Try looking there.
