Not soft or mushy spots. I walked the entire roof to survey for adding solar panels. I do weigh 230lbs, so that is quite likely the factor here. If there were a particular spot that responded differently I'd be more worried. I'll be bringing some plywood up next time to spread the load of "me" out a bit more. Rubber roof liner is in good shape... dirty, but good shape, lap sealant all still good, no cracks. Will be washing soon before mounting panels.

Ahh, ok. But remember, these are trussed roofs and there shouldn't be any give. Regardless of weight. I was amazed at how much weight these roofs can hold. To see the roof without skin or plywood is incredible. Actual trussed roofing.

The Magnum roofs are trussed roofs, but there may be some give between the trusses due to the thin decking.

The decking is thin but the real problems can come up when getting on or off. That's where most falls occur. Also, the edge is relatively sharp wood under a thin layer of rubber. Use a rug or equivalent to cushion the edge so the ladder does not cut the rubber. If it does, Etearnabond the edge!
I have walked 2 or more times a year to inspect and clean the roof. Plus, I made several trips up there for some hours to remove almost all the Dicor and put down Etearnabond tape around everything that was protected from leakage by Dicor. Plus, covered the back edge where screws had come up through the rubber roof. Next month, back up to install 2 100 watt Renogy panels and entry gland.

Been up on mine at least once a year for the last 6 years, but next time will have a couple of pieces of plywood just to spread the weight.
