Warranty issues addressed!

Well I had all my warranty issues addressed yesterday at my seasonal site down on Cape Cod. Thanks to Derek and Mike from Forrest Marine RV in Tyngsboro MA for making the 130 mile trek to my site in the sweltering 90+ degree heat. They replaced the awning fabric which had a small defect in the material. They also replaced my Furrion DV3200 which wouldn't play any disc media. They repaired the outside shower which was plumbed backwards, and also replaced the USB port under the sink that never worked. Great courtious service! All is good now.
Forrest Marine RV is an excellent family owned Jayco only dealership! I highly recommend them!

Good news. There are great dealers out there, we often don't take the time to credit their work.

It is great to hear you had awesome service.
I can understand the small defect in the awning fabric being missed at the factory but the fact that some plumbing was reversed, cd player did not work and usb port did not work either? Those things should have been caught before the unit left the factory. Disappointing!

The very nature of forums often presents largely negatives because often times it's where owners of a product come for assistance with problems. It happens no matter what product the site is centered upon.

If you read the Ford F150 forums you would think there are no F150's that are even road worthy...

Agreed. You generally read about the 'BAD' on forums. I felt compelled to give a shout out to my dealer, Forrest Marine RV, who's been nothing short of excellent from day one.

I bought my 2017 32TSBH from Forest Marine last month. They were awesome to deal with.

Our experience with Forrest has been fantastic. When buying our Eagle we looked at other dealers simply because Forrest doesn't have a big inventory, but we had no doubt we would be buying from them again.

Derek and Mike from Forrest Marine RV in Tyngsboro MA also made the trip to my seasonal site in Cape Cod yesterday to replace my recliners. We have been so very happy with Forrest Marine RV.
