first of all apologies to you for the PDI guy not showing you the location.. i always show the back side of water heaters to customers so they know where and what there looking @. i believe on your unit its in the back under the bottom bunk. i could be wrong. if so you will need to lift up the bunk board to access it.

Agree on the location. It does not need to be adjacent to the other 2 valves. You just have to find it and figure out the valve positions as shown in the diagram I posted.

The newer fifth wheels with the utility closet make you spoiled.
