Water leak during hurricane

Our jayco whitehawk 28dsbh just weathered the rains of hurricane Harvey in the storage yard uncovered. When we went to check on it we found our rugs at the door soaking wet, water on the rug near the couch and everything stored under the main bed wet. But there are no obvious signs of where the water came from. Anyone have any ideas? Could it just be wind blown rain coming in around the door?

Is there anything we should be doing to make sure no excess moisture is present in the walls that would create a moldy situation?

Thanks for your help.

Is there anyway to get a couple floor fans running? And fire up the ac for a few days to help dry put.

I have seen water coming in from the roof fan around kitchen area if you have that option on your whitehawk also from the fan in the bathroom under hard rain. We put the maxx air vent cover on both of the fan that solved the problem for us. You might want to try that.

Could be around doors, I would suspect around the slide seals would be another possibility. Trailer design seem to rely a lot on gravity to keep water out. When you have hurricane force winds driving rain sideways, that design falls apart.

Thank you all. With more searching and some disassembly we have found a leak around the skylight. Any tips for repair?

Eternabond tape will seal it up for a long time.
