water pump

Hi....I recently purchased a used 2003 Jayco Designer 32 ft RLS model and cannot find the water pump, the dealer insists it is located inside the trailer behind a door, under sink or the bed. No its not, can you please tell me where it is? I can hear it "HUM" back by the city water fill area but the whole trailer unit is closed with panels entire bottom of the camper.....????we camped this weekend and had no water coming out the faucets all week....I am bummed out

Thanks

Check under the sofa or Bath room sink. My 2001 Eagle had the water tank and pump under the sofa.

My 2001 23B has the fresh water pump mounted under the refrigerator next to the furnace unit. I should think that it shouldn't be too far from, possibly somewhere right above, your fresh water tank. vic
