Condensation! nearly everyone who buys a Hybrid runs into this issue. There are lots of posts on the subject.
I do not worry about a little moisture under the mattresses. When we travel home I pull the mattress up and it dries out. In 5 years we have had zero damage, and no signs of mold.
There are a few things people do to mitigate the condensation.
- Hypervent under the mattress so it can breath. I have heard it is really expensive.
- I use a little ventilation. We keep our bathroom vent open a half inch or so and on the tent ends, we bring the sippers up to the highest point and then open the zippers a couple inches. This will give the moisture someplace to escape.
- Others bring a small dehumidifier, or use a DampRid, to help control the moisture levels.
