Before I would do anything else, I would talk to the owner of the TT, the bank. If they confirm the rep is their authorized negotiator, then work a deal with him. Before the deal is completed, I would pay a good trusted RV mechanic to drive over and give the TT a going over. This may cost you a hundred bucks or so, but if he points out a potential $1200.00 problem with the TT, his fee is worth it. In the end, make sure you read the fine print on the contract. If the bank finances it, you will probably be in good shape. The old saying "buyer beware" applys to this for sure.
