As for me I don't use anti-freeze at all now...
I puduced my own blow out plug that I can hook up to the air compressor and blow all the lines out of water.
As for the p-traps I use a shop vacuum and switch to blow and blow the water out of all the p-traps. Then using the same shop vacuum, rag and a piece a vinyl tubing I reach into and suck out all the water remaining in the water heater.
So all I need is 2 ozs of pink stuff (anti-freeze) to pour in the toilet to keep the seals moist.
Other than that the system is antifreeze free and cheap to do...
