What should I upgrade on my TT?
I have a 2016 X213 and have decided that I absolutely need a "Fantastic Fan" and a second battery installed.
I searched the forums but didn't find anything - can you tell me what other things I should consider upgrading? I would rather get all of the upgrades done at once.
thanks!

I know you want to do it all at once, but I'd recommend using the trailer for a few trips and finding what you like about it, what you don't like, and what you think could be done better. Then if you can't find "fixes" or "upgrades" to those things on your own, then you'll at least know what to ask about.
We wanted a few more TV stations than what we could pick up in certain areas we frequent, so we replaced our antenna head with a Jack. Other people are using the Wingman Sensar add-on. Both generally increase the number of channels you can pick up over the air.
If you camp without a sewer connection for more than a few days at a time you may want to consider a blue waste tote.

Battery disconnect switch, Progressive Industries surge protector, either hard wired or portable. The more you use it, the more you will find to upgrade. It never ends.

A cover for your stove if it doesn't come with one. Tinted windows, day/night shades.

They are not "upgrades" they are "customizations".
You have to decide what you want to drag with you to make your outings more pleasant.
I would never consider a more effective bathroom fan or a surge protector as "worth it". I cut down a cutting board to fit the sink in order to quadruple my countertop area. A quality mattress is my next big item. Little stuff is cookware that can be used on the gas stove or over a fire.
User other people's customizations as suggestions only. Enjoy your RV as yours!

So far I've added a wireless backup camera, a second battery and a second LP tank. Have you checked out the mod forum? Those are pretty common upgrades that people do.
The second battery is easy to wire, finding the place to put it was the hard part. I couldn't fit a larger box on the tongue because of the WD hook placement and I couldn't fit two group 27 batteries in the channel on the frame. So I bought two pieces of angle aluminum and screwed them to the frame and then screwed two of the regular battery boxes into the angle. For wiring I bought a set of battery cables from the auto parts store. Just connected the terminals of the second battery to the terminals of the first. Wire in parallel positive to positive, negative to negative. If you want to upgrade to 6V batteries you're going to wire in series instead. Upgrade to second battery cost me about $25 in parts plus the battery.
On my list of mods is a new mattress, a bunk ladder, bunk screens and solar. Good luck with yours!

Upgrade tires. Faucets (both kitchen and bath) are another good upgrade

Replacing the analog themastat with a digital one has been one of our best upgrades
