Where do I start?

We are brand new to R-Veeing. We are both seniors with 2 dogs (labs). We live in Michigan but would sure like to do a little traveling.
We are open for suggestions for RV sites by the water. I know it's a loaded question but it is sure nice to think about it being winter time in Michigan.

Any suggestions/advice will be welcomed.

Thanks,
Diesel

RV Sites

So when they say "no sewer" that means I can't dump when we leave?

No just not at individual sites. Those parks normally have a dump station you can use as you leave, but restrict your water use until you are ready to leave. Navy showers etc.

Are you talking about camping now, or summer?

Are you already proud owners of a camper? As noted above, when are you wanting to do this? Are there any dream destinations you are seeking?

If you do not have the "America the Beautiful" passes yet, I would recommend getting those. Wife and i just purchased ours a couple of weeks ago, thanks to this forum. If you only camp 1 time in a COE location or visit 1 National Park, it has paid for itself. Enjoy planning for your new adventures.

Are you sure looking to camping by the water is a wise choice with two labs???

I couldn't keep my old lab out of the water, and after she was all wet, no matter how hard I tried she managed to make it into the RV with some sort of dirt or wetness still on her...

LOL.
