White Sink - Any dirt issues

Hello,

we are just wondering on the sink in the kitchen as the are not available in steel versions.

Does anyone have issues with them as we understand that they should be very sensitive and we guess they are getting dirty quickly.

We also asked to get a steel sink, but there is no replacement available by the dealership.

Thanks for your comments

Our sink scratched very easily and showed everything. I couldn't find a stainless steel sink with the right dimensions anywhere, but did find a "stainless look" sink that I installed, and added a decent quality faucet at the same time. So far so good with both...

Use a dishpan in the sink. Weight is some of the issue, hence plastic instead of steel. The plastic sinks are also very thin plastic. May be easily "knifed".

This is helpful advice. We were planning on a dishpan anyway, because the sink in the new Whitehawk we've ordered is a single-pan, and I'm used to a two-pan. But we did not realize the plastic was so thin, and that's useful info for sure.

I'm not totally happy with the plastic sinks. Only one 5 day trip of boondocking so far.

But I will admit this much: The amount of light they let into the undersink area is rather pleasant when looking for things stored there.
