If I was just putting the thing up for 4-5 months with no risk of freezing temps, I'd open all the drains (low point and water heater) and throw a 6-8 oz of antifreeze into each P-trap and the toilet bowl to limit evaporation.
Sanitizing the water system in the spring is S.O.P. anyway...
