wire clump at battery

Well I got my 2012 29 RLDS back from the dealer today. They replaced the trim on top of the wardrobe slide in the bedroom.
Here is that post

I was putting the trailer away and disconnecting the battery when I noticed that there is a big clump of wires going up the front of the battery on the +side outside the battery box held together with wire ties. I don't remember them before I took it to the dealer. (I will take a picture tomorrow, it's to dark to do it now).
Anyway, my question is, are they suppose to be that way or did the dealer mess up something again and not tell me. It sure doesn't look like they should have come from the factory that way, but I could be wrong.
