Would anyone have easy access to their X213 to determine the height clearance of the exterior lower frame of the rear slide? I have a 4' fence surrounding my parking spot... just wondering how much I'll have to lower it so that I can extend the slide while parked. Thanks!
I can't measure it the way I have it parked/stored but it looks like you'd be real close. I'd imagine you could pick up a few inches by backing it onto some levelers/boards on both sides.

I just went out and measured mine and it is approximately 44" clearance. Now my trailer is blocked up for the winter, so it is likely sitting 1-2" higher then when it is resting on the tires.

Thanks for checking. The top rail on my fence is 51.5". I guess I'd have to drop it 10" unless the '15 model is different. Thanks again Quantum. I guess I could also use my levelling blocks to raise it a few inches. Thanks Micron.
You could also lower the front of your trailer when it is unhitched and that would raise the rear end of the trailer. If you cut the fence down to 40" you'd probably be okay.
