1996 Jayco 1406 Heigth Question

I i just picked up my first pop up camper and with a bad roof of course. I am wondering what the height is as i have constructed a new roof for it. I need to know what the height is when it is fully open, form the top of the rail to the bottom of the roof?

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on the new project.

But, sorry, I can't help with your question. Hopefully a forum member owns a pop up like that and may have some information.

update on roof repair

Here are some picture of what i got done this past Saturday on my 1406 pop roof. The roof was made form pine board, 2 8ft boards mended together in the middle (each side). Pine 2x4's every inch on center to catch the 1/8th inch plywood on the roof. Everything was glue and screwed together wit construction adhesive.

new pictures of roof project

I ordered the liquid rubber from flex seal in white. To spread the thick rubber i used both a roller and squeegee. I first filled the screw holes 2 days before coating the entire roof.
