2010 Jayco 141j

Does anyone know where the antenna for the radio is on a 141J? My radio has a lot of static and I am thinking of installing a better antenna.

Any recommendations on FM antennas? Where is the best place to install the antenna?

Might I suggest you go to the manufacturers (radio) web site and see if the radio has an external antenna jack, then open the trailer and access the radio. Check to see of the jack is in use. If not install an antenna you purchase from the local auto parts store.

I would recommend the $23 power amplified unit. It can be mounted in the interior of the camper

Thanks, there was nothing plugged in the jack, I purchased the antenna I recommended, instalation was simple, no holes to cut, no leakage from improperly sealed holes.

The reception is now much better,

Thank me for the suggestion
