'94 eagle series 12' advice

I just picked up a '94 eagle series, for $1700. Heat, ac, fridge, toilet, shower, it all works. The problem is that both the canvas and hard top leak. The canvas is in otherwise good condition.
What is the best way to reseal the canvas, and the hard top?
I'm also interested in the best way to gain a couple inches of ground clearance?
Thanks in advance.

Evenin' PBR....

Common ways to gain a little height are replacement shackles, larger wheels / tires or an axle flip moving the axle from the top side - to the bottom side of the spring. Keep in mind raising your trailer may render your stabilizers ineffective - and you may have to "high-step" it to get into the trailer.

There are some good threads in archives if you key-in the underlined keywords into the search engine..... good luck - and welcome to JOF
