99 Heritage Laurel rear lift post removal

New Jayco owner and new to the forums. Working on the lift system (like so many others and am curious if someone can tell me how to access the single phillips screw at the bottom of my lift posts on the rear of the popup?

Front ones were easily accessible via the front storage compartment but the two in the rear are obscured by the fiberglass cap. I have, and have read the standard L & W procedure manual but it does no address this particular step on this particular model. Thanks in advance.
