Anchor plate / whiffle tree bearing??

Restoring an 86 Jayco that had the eye bolts from the lift cables and the cable from the winch mounted directly to the whiffle tree / anchor plate so as the cable from the winch twists so do the cables to the lift arms....

Is there a modification that can be done so that the winch cable is isolated by a bearing removing the tendency to twist the cables?

Thanks
