Question Bed rail containment issue - see inside

Hello all,

I purchased a used 2008 Jayco Baja in May and have used it 4 times or so. After the first use I found myself puzzled as to why there was not a "bed rail support/guide" on the door side when the trailer was closed up. After the last use I notice that the screws that hold the rail guides were loosening because the lever arm of the beds was overwhelming them during the bump and bounce of transport. So, I have to ask - am I missing a part that would serve to contain the bed rails when the trailer is collapsed?

We had a Rockwood Pop-up years ago that seemed to have a similar issue. We wound up watching the screw and tightening it when it loosened. Back then, the dealer told us that. We didn't have anyone like we do now (internet) to help guide us, so we just kept a mindful watch on it. If no one replies to this, try calling Jayco direct and talk to their experts. Hope you can get this figured out.
