Carson inverter question

I just purchased a 93 jayco pop up trailer and have a inverter question I hope you guys can help with. I was wondering along with the fuses there is an push /pull type breaker. Is there a time I need that popped out or just always in the on position? I thought maybe for running on 110 I needed it off or something. Thanks for the input it's much appreciated.

It appears as though it needs to be On for the 120 volt outlets to be energized.
Here is the manual;
