My Pop-up is a Jayco 1007 (2010).
How has the DuraTek stood the test of time ??? Here in Australia, can get hot, can get cold, most pop-up owners use what is called a Bed Fly out the ends of the pop-ups. Treated canvas is still used in the Jayco pop-ups over here.
The Bed fly covers use a waterproof material for the top of the bed end and a shade-cloth for the sides. (See a picture).
Do a great Job, however are a pain to fold and roll up on your own.
I have actually purchased a set of bed end covers from PopupGizmos, (super high wind series) that should do the job OK.
Lots of 20 year old Jayco pop-ups over here and the canvas still seems to hold up reasonably well.

I do not know about the DuraTek, but the PopupGizmos are quite popular here. I have a friend with a hybrid who has them and they do a good job in hot weather and cold.

I just bought a new 2016 Jayco Sport popup camper with DuraTek on the canvas parts of the camper and I can't find anything online about how to care for this material. Can you use scotchguard on the seams to prevent water intrusion? and how do you clean?
