Went and looked at the 2008 1207 today that I mentioned in my last post. Wow was it well cared for. Almost looks new, and smells like it.
I do not think that $4250 was bad for the trailer. They never even used the screen room! The only 2 issues I found, besides the fact I need to check the tires, the small dinette table has a chunk take out of one corner, and I need to get a new gasket for the top of the half door. The table will be an easy fix. I am going to carefully peal the edging off and cut and shape the corners. Does anyone know how much the door gasket cost? The previous owner fix it by wrapping duct tape around it, should be good for now.
