Jay Series 1007 fan..

Hello everyone
I just bought a brand new PUP Jayco Jay Series 1007 which I'm very happy with. It didn't come with a fan.
My question is:
Is it possible to install a fan? What about the wiring for it?
Any help is much appreciated.

Welcome to the Jayco Owners Forum Windstar! When we bought a tent trailer years ago, we had to check with the manufacture to make sure it had wiring for an a/c. Camping World then installed the a/c. You could always call Jayco direct and ask about wiring for fan or a/c. If you do get a fan, those 'Fantastic Fans' are really nice! Happy camping

Windstar, were you planning on installing just a fan or were you in the market for a roof mounted air conditioner? When you call Jayco call the main (574-825-5861) number and ask for Randy Zonker, ext 3790, as he's the manager for warranty work, etc and would be the most knowledgeable (IMO), not that yours is warranty work.

Let us know what you find wiring wise and if you decide to install the fan or a/c and "welcome" to the forum.

A fantastic fan will fit in the roof vent... just run a wire from the light that is up there... should be easy..
