Jayco Roof Rebuild
I am new to the forum and needing help. I am looking for idea's for my roof on my 1996 Jayco 1207KB. The previous owners did not cover it and and sat outside for around 5-6 years and the roof has went down about 3 inches in the very rear and has major sag. I am trying to figure out the best way to rebuild and looking for a diagram or a parts list so I can get started on this ASAP so we can actually use it! Please if anyone has experience with this or links can you let me know? Thanks everyone

Can't help you with the roof question but welcome to the JOF, jab2181. Have you tried calling Jayco to see if they can provide any drawings on the construction?

I'm sure I just posted this somewhere, but I think it was to the wrong thread.
I am not familiar with how the roof is made on that model year. Post a few pictures and tell us what the issue is with the roof and I am sure someone can come up with a solution.
Here is what a coworker is looking to his unit.

My 165 Sport is a TT?
I have a Coleman PU in the garage, but it's sold next week.
Did I mix the two up in this post? Was the OP talking about a PU?
I thought he was talking about a TT roof.
Easily confused here lol
I just Googled that model and it is a PU lol. Disregard all my responses LMBO

Oh, Sorry Bob
I didn't see your message.
I felt foolish and deleted my posts to this thread.
Best regards,
Doug

Doug,
I'm sure another opportunity will surface where you can post it again in another thread.

Doug, you should have not deleted your post. It was extremely informative and well written. I have learned more from this Forum than I ever thought possible. "Foolish" you are not. Terry

Thanks Terry,
I usually just hit the new posts at the top of the page and didn't see that it was from the pop-up area of the forum.
I appreciate the kind words.
I enjoy the discussions here. I learn alot from others and try to give back.
Always with good intentions.
Kind regards,
Doug
