Lowering the roof

We have a Starcraft 1019, and when we lower the roof, the front, entry door side, won't go all the way down. It stops about an inch from being all the way down. We just push it down the rest of the way. Just wondering if anyone has had this problem.

Thanks for reading.

Every popup we've ever owned did that (3).
Our current pup stops about 1.5 inches in one corner.
Just push it down.

Our 8U is the same...doesn't lower all the way to each corner...I just push it the rest of the way and all is well.

When my Bonnaire did that I sprayed a little bit of silicon lube on the inside of the roof supports and it helped a lot.

Thumbs up

Thanks for all the responses. We just got back and it went almost all the way down this time. We just pushed it down the rest of the way. Not going to worry about it any more.

Our family's 72 Jayco popup did the same thing. We just pushed it down and the locking clasps on each corner cinched the roof down tight.
