Its another way to level the trailer. Instead of using lego level blocks, you put that under the tire(s) and it raises the tire. You do not need to back-up or pull forward on lego blocks.

Correct OurJayco. The big advantage I see is having the ability to adjust the level of the trailer even the next day (ground sinking experiences!) with just the wrench. If just using Lego blocks, you truly have to take the whole trailer down and hook it up to the TV, set the blocks, etc.... This way, no disassembly is required.
